Harbour · Altens · Dyce · A90 nights
Aberdeen is not a generic city run. Work sits around the harbour, the energy supply chain in Altens and Tullos, and the A90 corridor south towards Dundee. A lot of Class 1 is night trunk or midweek tramp with Friday home time. Class 2 and 7.5T stay tighter: retail parks, the beach boulevard, and Dyce industrial units. Winter weather on the A90 and A96 is part of the job — recruiters here want drivers who can handle that without drama.
Common bases: Aberdeen Harbour, Altens Industrial Estate, Wellington Road, Dyce Drive, and the retail parks off the A96.
